73rd annual Grampians Wildflower Show

Centenary Hall, Halls Gap

Experience the array of colorful and delicate wildflowers from the Grampians – a region that boasts the highest number of endemic wildflower species anywhere in Australia.

Get up close and personal with woodland, heathland, wetland and threatened species, ask questions of our local wildflower experts, take part in hands-on activities, or tour the wildflowers in their natural environment. Kids’ entertainment includes roving environmental performers ‘The Connies’.

Open from 9.30am to 4.30pm daily. Entry is $5 adults, $4 concession and 50 cents for children under 16. Tours will be held from 10am and 1pm daily ($4pp – book on the day). For more information visit www.grampianswildflowershow.org.au  or call 1800 065 599.

31st annual Halls Gap Film Festival

Centenary Hall, Halls Gap

Be amongst the first to view an impressive line-up of critically acclaimed Australian and international films in the heart of the beautiful Grampians National Park.

Selected by cinematic expert John Turner, the program allows movie buffs to explore the latest movies from around the globe– as well as an Aussie classic. A new addition to this year’s event will be a short film festival by local young filmmakers.
